Foraging and cooking with wild plants
Description
Foraging activity and cooking wild plants, for a half-day or full day. Go and penetrate the mysteries of edible plants with Patrick Loste, a mountain guide.
Full day: The day starts at around 9am with a foraging walk until the beginning of the afternoon. It is followed by a cookery workshop and then a meal at around 6.30pm, where you can enjoy what you have prepared. (Bring a picnic for lunch).
